“ What would you do in 10 or 20 more years to deal with the global “GLOBALISATION” ? ” by Aubertha XIIA6/6
My dream job is
to be a pharmacyst or person who can make drug or something like skin care or
it can be a person who mix the chemical so that it can be used. To make things
like that with my own way, i need to be sure about the measurement every single
thing. Every products that have been done, have to be the same on size, the
compotition and other things that matter. If we done it by the way human work,
it will be done i a long time and it will be different on each factor (ex:
measurement, color, etc) which is so important. Things like this need machine
to make the exactly same product.
Besides i want
to be a pharmacyst as a dream job, i want to travel around the world by my own
money. I think traveling is a must because we can know the culture around the
world and we can see the different each country. But im afraid that the culture
will gone because of the better technology and people will forget it. Even now,
most of people started to get their own ‘comfort zone’. People started to not
care about others and just focus on their own goals. Can you imagine it what
will hapen ten years or around that years later if people nowadays have that
such behaviour? The world will be a mess and there will be no things such as
humanity.
Those two things
i have mention up there is related with globalisation. Globalisation is a
process interaction between people in this world. Globalisation has grown because
of the changes in technology. With increased global interactions comes the growth
of ideas and culture. Nowadays is the
era of globalisation which is the culture and the morale are increasing.
Changes on culture, how people thinks and even people’s manner is caused by globalisation.
Globalisation
helps global market to consider whole world as a single market. Traders are
extending their areas of business by focusing world as a global village. There
was restriction of importing certain products which were already manufactured like
agricultural products, engineering goods, food items, toiletries, etc. However,
there was a pressure from rich countries to allow other countries to spread
their businesses by opening trade and market in the poor and developing
countries. Globalisation is positively needed by the society and country to go
ahead and become a developed society and nation.
Globalisation
have the positive effect and negative effect for the generation or people who’s
living at the era. The first negative effect is about the culture. Globalisation
give us more advanced technology and it was so great and let us to amazed it
for a long time. If we were too amazed at how the technology changes we will
only focus on the technology itself. Keep doing this makes us forget that the
culture is also incredible. Day by day the culture will be fade and gone. Second
is about the behaviour of the human. Because of better technology, there will be an unique or
sophiscated product which is produced by those technology. Human have the
personality which is always want something. The products is great and human
that always want, will make consumptive lifestyle in human. This habits will
affect us if we do it for a long time.
Then let’s say
about the positive effect of globalisation. Globalisation has affected the education
sectors to be great by making available study books and huge information over
internet. We dont have to afford a book if we want to study, we can browse or
search around the internet and that will shorten the time as the internet is
speed. Health sectors are also affected a lot by the globalisation of common
medicines, health monitoring electronic machines, etc. There are some disease
that cannot be cured, but the advanced technology will help us to provide more
way to cured it. Such as people who
suffers from cancer they were on their therapy with the advanced machine. And the
last is, it has brought a huge revolution to the employment sector by the
spread of businesses like cottage, handloom, carpet, artisans and carving,
ceramic, jewellery, and glassware etc. Even what we’re imagine is better
technology will make the unemployment rate will grew higher but there is internet
which is the result of globalisation will helped us get some work. As you can
see in ‘line today’ there is job vacancies and you can apply online with some
regulation. It’s possible, machine can make better things but human can provide
better service than machine.
Globalisation
has brought variety of affordable priced quality products and overall economic
benefits to the developing countries as well as employment to the large
population. However, it has given rise to the competition, crime, anti-national
activities, terrorism etc. So, together with the happiness it has brought some
sadness.
