Of course there are causes that make this Globalization era happen, there are several causes of Globalization, that is

1. Technology and Information Development

2. More International Cooperation

The second cause of globalization is because of the many international cooperation that facilitated the occurrence of previous financial transactions carried out by various countries.

3. Ease of Transportation

Third, the cause of Globalization is also still related to the previous cause, namely the existence of an advanced delivery system which makes it easy for people to deliver goods even though they are very far apart.

There are several ways to develop yourself to be ready to face the era of globalization, that is :

1. Learning Foreign Languages ​​or International Languages

The first step if you want to start developing yourself in the era of globalization is by learning foreign languages ​​or international languages. For example, learning English, German, Mandarin, and so on.

As we know globalization is a comprehensive or global process. So we know that globalization will grow a positive and negative impact. Now to face and avoid negative impacts, we must know about how to deal with the globalization era in any field, that is :

1. Love or buy domestic products.

2. Filtering foreign cultures in accordance with norms and religion.
